Following are the terms and conditions of bookings for Book to Park. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you can move forward with booking.

Booking procedure

  • Make sure that the mailing address and contact information that you provided is correct; Book to Park will not be responsible for any inconvenience resulting due to mistakes in your data.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after you have booked the service. If you do not receive one, make sure that you inform us instantly, as no refund will be available later.
  • You must have the correct directions to your car and have your booking voucher or confirmation while you are traveling.
  • In case you have booked a car park that allows only credit card entry, make sure that you use the credit card which you used for booking.
  • Check your vehicle before you leave, as no complaints will be considered once you have left the site.

Parking conditions

  • Make sure that you have the drivers phone number and all the booking information.
  • If you miss a flight or booking because you did not collect the required information, it will not be paid back by the company.
  • Once you leave the parking, make sure that you take all your belongings with you except for the codes required for vehicle movement.
  • Make sure that your vehicle is taxed before you leave it with a service provider.
  • The operators have complete control over relocating your vehicle to different locations in the parking to prevent accidents and make space.
  • You must be completely aware of the directions to the parking site.

Complaints criteria

  • If you have any complaint regarding the service, you must mail it within 24 hours of your return to the United Kingdom, or the complaint will not be taken into account.
  • You will receive a reply to your complaint within 10 days and be informed if the reaction is delayed.
  • In case of any problem faced at the car park, you are suggested to inform the service provider immediately; otherwise, it will not be considered later.
  • Book to Park will not be responsible for any problem once the car is handed over to the service provider or the operator.
  • In case of any damage to the vehicle, the loss is compensated by the service providers insurance and not by Book to Park.
  • Your vehicle must be in good condition and have all the tax documents required. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the service for you.
  • If there is an electrical or structural fault in your vehicle, the service provider does not accept liability for it. You must provide proper keys and instructions to the driver to drive your car.

Timings

  • The customers are requested to arrive at the car park early to ensure that they have enough time to check their flights.

Warranty

  • The company is not at fault if your vehicle is left in the parking.
  • The operator is not responsible for any left goods in the vehicles or any damage to the car while it is in the parking, and the owners insurance shall compensate the loss.
  • If you notice any damage to the vehicle, inform it immediately to the operator; otherwise, it will not be considered.

Our liability

  • We have the right to change any policy or price error and will take action as soon as possible.
  • If there is a price error on the product, Book to Park has the right to change the error and inform the customers who have placed the order.
  • We are obliged to either offer the user the correct price or cancel the order.
  • The pictures provided by the operators are not the exact products that you have booked but rather the ones that resemble the product.
  • We have the right to pass on the changes in taxes and prices to you, even if you have booked the product.

Cancellation Procedure

  • If you want to cancel your booking, you must directly cancel it through Book to Park and not through the parking.
  • You must send us a mail or call us at the given phone number in case of cancellation.
  • Make sure that cancellations can only be made during office hours.
  • If a customer cancels the booking and gives notice of less than 48 hours, they will not be refunded.
  • Customers must cancel the parking a day before their departure if they want a refund.
  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the departure, a non-refund notice will be issued.
  • If the booking is made, it cannot be cancelled on the same date.

Prices

  • The booking fee for any booking will not be refundable in any case.
  • Check the charges and details on the product (click on more info) before booking, as these charges are placed by the operator, and Book to Park is not responsible for them.
  • For huge vehicles: Typical car parks cannot park wide vehicles and may charge a little extra. Ensure that you do thorough research on the product before booking it.
